What is HAL?

HAL (Hyper Articles en Ligne) is the French national open-access repository where researchers can deposit and share their scientific outputs, including articles, preprints, theses, and conference papers. Developed by CNRS, HAL promotes free and open access to research results.

Why create a BioConvS HAL collection?

A dedicated collection for BioConvS-funded projects helps to:

  • Showcase the consortium’s scientific production
  • Increase the visibility of funded research at national and international levels
  • Enable efficient tracking and evaluation of scientific impact
  • Foster collaborations by making research outputs easily accessible

This collection acts as a central hub highlighting research in biotechnology and synthetic biology across the Île-de-France region.

How to submit a publication to our collection

To include your paper in the BioConvS HAL collection:

  1. Deposit your publication on HAL (or check if it is already listed)
  2. Send us the link to the HAL page of your article

If needed, the BioConvS team can provide support to guide you through the process.
